If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it under the following conditions:

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Exclusions:

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of gels, bases, top coats, or any other product that has been opened or used.
Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to replace an item, please return it for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.
Return Costs:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product was delivered defective or incorrect.
How to Request a Return:

Once approved, we will send you the return instructions.
