Return & Exchange Policy

At Lux Lab, we are committed to offering only the highest quality professional nail products.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it under the following conditions:

Returns:

  • You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Exclusions:

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of gels, bases, top coats, or any other product that has been opened or used.

Exchanges:

  • We do not offer direct exchanges.

  • If you wish to replace an item, please return it for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.

Return Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product was delivered defective or incorrect.

How to Request a Return:
Please contact us at luxlabeurope@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item (if defective).
Once approved, we will send you the return instructions.
